Extensions on CTI Integration for Outbound Calls

Hello,

for a Cloud for Customer implementation for both Sales and Service, we need to enable the Integration with the CTI environment in Outbound.

For this purpose, we checked and shared with our Client all the available documentation on the topic:

The documentation explains how to build a variant to the class OutboundCallHandler (belonging to the namespace SAP.COD.CTI.Connector), by redefining the implementation of the method dialOut(), as shown here below:

public bool dialOut(string dialData) { logUtil.writeLog("Dialed number: " + dialData); return true; }

Is it possible to specify any additional parameter to the dialOut method or is the Phone Number (mapped in the input parameter dialData) the only one available?
