Could not open app: TypeError - i.getKey is not a function

Hello Experts,

We are having a problem with custom Fiori apps that we have deployed on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform.

The Fiori apps work well when we preview them, but then they don't open in the Fiori Launchpad.

When we run the app from SE80 and if we test the service from SICF, app opens and works properly.

But when we open the app from launchpad, we get the error message: "Could not open app. Try again later"

In the browser console we find the following detailed error: "TypeError - i.getKey is not a function"

We don't use that function in any of our code, so I understand it belongs to a standard SAP controller.

Looking forward to hearing the experts' feedback.

Regards,

Priya.

    HI Priya

Please raise a SAP Message for this. SCN is not an official support channel - which is what you need at this point as your problem is with standard code.

    Hi Priya,

Most probably the issue in the component.js or tile definition.

Take a look at How to get your SAP UI 5 apps to work like SAP Fiori Apps in SAP Fiori Launchpad
