Hi,
We want to create different number ranges for different types of tickets.
In business configuration we see only one interval for numbering that too without Prefix option.
Is there a way to address the requirement?

Hi Vaibhav,
C4C does not support configuring different number ranges for different ticket types.
We have heard the requirement before (also on the Ideas forum), but at the moment it is not planned for any near-term release.
