We have recently gone live with SAP B1 (January 2016) and have a Citrix environment. Our users have find that speed is much slower in Citrix (as opposed to running locally) and we have lots of SAP crashing issues for various types of users. Our Citrix set up has been well thought through with latest servers and lots of capacity - generally other applications run fine on Citrix with no issues.
Crashing in SAP B1 seems particularly bad for those users in sales order processing function.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
