Hi Experts,
I have this requirement as mentioned below:
Earned Leaves: 1st June 20XX till 31st May 20(XX+1)
a. Employee joining before 1st June 20XX
If employee joins before 1st June 20XX, then no entitlement of leave till 1st June 20XX.
Leave on pro-rata basis would be calculated from DOJ (Date of Joining) till 31st May 20XX and this would be entitlement from 1st June 20XX till 31st May 20(XX+1).
New entitlement of 25 would be given on 1st June 20(XX+1).
b. Employee joining after 1st June 20XX
If employee joins after 1st June 20XX then no leave entitlement till 1st June 20(XX+1).
Leave on pro-rata basis would be calculated from DOJ (Date of joining) till 31st May 20(XX+1) and this would be entitlement from 1st June 20(XX+1) till 31st May 20(XX+2).
New entitlement of 25 would be given on 1st June 20(XX+2).
Please let me know how can I achieve the above requirement.
