Unable to reset Finaly Entry Indicator in Deleted SES.

Hi All,

My user have one issue, When they are creating SES for a PO it is throwing error: Not possible to enter services (final entry) indicator set.” Message.


When they check the last SES they made was set to Final Entry Indicator and got deleted.


Hence we are not able to make any changes for that deleted SES.


PO related to it is a LIMIT PO and I could see no Delivery Completion Indicator in ECC. Whereas in SRM PO both the ‘No Further Confirmation” & “No Further Invoice” boxes are ticked “No”.


Please help me how to create new SES for that PO.

Hi,

When you deleted service entry sheet with a purpose- why you want have any transaction with that deleted service entry sheet?

As service entry deleted- you should have revoke the service entry sheet release and deleted that service entry sheet.

As service entry sheet deleted, create a new service entry sheet and keep selecting final entry indicator

Thank you for the reply.

Due to incorrect data maintenance user deleted the SES with Finaly entry indicator set.

Will that work? As already Final Entry indicator is set for the deleted PO, How can we again set the indicator in new SES?

Do you want to create entry sheet and release it? If yes, you can insert one more line item in the Purchase order and proceed. If no, then no need to create entry sheet and set final entry indicator as you dont want the system allow entry sheet.

I am afraid you can not un delete the entry sheet once it is deleted.
