SUM SP16 cannot startup

Hi Expert, I using SUM SP16 to upgrade, unfortunately, I cannot startup the SUM, refer the SUM guide, I enter the command: D:\usr\sap\\SUM>startup confighostagent . open a IE 11 web browser in PC and enter the URL https://:1129/lmsl/sumabap//doc/sluigui or https://:1129/lmsl/sumjava//index.html, it displayed: This page can’t be displayed For the Host Agent Version: Release: 7.20 Patch number: 87 Upgrade system current release: EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 SAP Basis Component: 731 SP9 Any solution for that? Hi,

You SAP hostagent version is too low.
Please check the SUM central not for minimum required hostagent version.

SUM Central Note for SP16 --> 2197897
