Hi

AIAB in order to capitalize assets, an error message appears saying “ settlement amount > available amount “ but fact it is not , the settlement amount exactly equals the available one.User is clearing AUC settlement to Fixed asset but multiple lines system is showing an error

Hi Ajeesh,

Could you please check again if the error message KD559 is justified, because it says you are trying to use a  settlement amount rule to settle an amount larger than  the amount currently available in the concerned line item.     

As per note 147922, it is inappropriate to assign several line items to the same distribution rule group if you wish to settle line items.

Note 726031 - Settlement by amount for investment measure is a also a good reference to be seen.

May I request to follow the any of the below steps:

- maintain an amount settlement rule for each line item separately or    

- use the workaround to use equivalence numbers (which can also be  maintained in the settlement rule with a dedicated field next to percentage/amount).

Check SAP note 726031 for settlement issue  726031 - Settlement by amount for investmt measure: KD262, KD559 etc.
