ChaRm Error in Creating Task List - Maintenance Project

Former Member

Hello Experts:

I am creating a maintenance project, and have cleared all the "checks" in terms of managed system set-up, logical components and check list:

Now, the issue I am having is after the check list, I create task list and get the following error:

SAP Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

Also, I've done the following check with no issues as well:

I would like to point out, under the same circumstances in an Implementation Project Type I don't have the same problem.

Only when I am now trying to create a Maintenance Project Type do I encounter the above.

Please advise

Hi Uzair,

Can you please check below SAP Note if relevant

Please share your current SAP Solution Manager Version and Managed system detail or landscape.

Hello:

I implemented the note, but it still producing the same error.

The SolMan system is 7.1, Netweaver EHP2 for 7.0
Components are as an example: SAP_BASIS 702 sp level 17

We have configured a single managed system for the ChaRm set-up . Clients 100-200-300. That system is an SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 6.

Thank you

Hi Uzair,

Further request to check below discussions

Solution manager and Change Request are not con... | SCN

Please make sure trust relationship between SolMan and Managed system is in place. You can check this by trying remote logon with Trusted RFC from SolMan to managed system. If its not than please do follow below link to setup trusted relationship

Several times, without any lucky.

I'm a bit lost of what else the issue could be.
