Problem Config BPM in SAP PI 7.40 in integration Builder

Hi All,

I am facing a problem when using BPM in my senario in sap pi 7.40. IN the version sap pi 7.10, It works fine I have this scenario : SAP PI send message to ECC, and then I have a message from Ecc to PI in order to inform PI that the first message included in BPM is executed, and then PI send the other message to ECC.

This is the old config : CEQCLNT110 is my ECC System

With the new config in SAP PI 7.40 I should use ICO for the message comming from ECC to PI, so I have the problem to replace  the receiver determination " Ecc Response", because I should enter a receiver in outbound processing .  The Communication component | BPREIHIC_2 is an integration process and is therefore not valid as a receiver. In the old version this how it looks like the receiver determination "Ecc Response" :

I don't have any receiver, and iT works well.

Any idea please ?

Hello Mou,

I guess you single stack installation.

If its dual stack installation follow the same step as u did for SAP PI 7.0.

Thank you for your response. When I use this config I get an error in EC system :

"com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.CPAObjectNotFoundException: Couldn't retrieve inbound binding for the given P/S/A values: " . I already get this error in other interface, but it was corrected while using ICO object.

Hi Mou,

By default your all proxy message are going to Adapter Engine, this particular one you need to send it to integration engine, you can do this by setting IS_URL parameter in SXMB_ADM.

You need to create ECC_TO_BPM sender ID in SXMSIF transaction.

Hello Mou,

I doubtt think you can configure ICO with CCBPM.

Try re-configuring the Classical scenario and check once.

Hi Mou,

You should think the ICO object works at java adapter level without communication with IE (ABAP engine), and the ccBPM is in the ABAP stack. I agree with Raghuraman that it seems impossible to connect ccBPM with the ICO object.

Can you once again check the point mentioned by Praveen.

Check all the proxy configs in ECC System
