We have requirement, where in the client is using a third party application for Invoice processing.

Can SAP ByD import XML files generated by a third party electronic invoice program ??

In our Firm we are using third party software to POS or sales.daily end of the day it will be syncing with sap too.i m not  familiar with this but we have running very smooth .

Only Sales is possible in third party software rest of others is doing in SAP.

i m attaching our file that is using to connect the system

you can either use the following service interface:

As an alternative you can use the collaboration window and an OCR software, to upload scanned invoices. How to do so can be found in the ByD docu.
