dear all,
i have a requirement from client to create organization structure in sap.
the client is a transport and logistics company which has head office, corporate office, branches, hub, business associates/agents/franchisee.''
valuation and accounting is required at branch level
booking and delivery is done at branch level'
hub is used for loading and unloading of materials through trucks and lorry
hub acts as a transit point for vehicle for loading and unloading of goods
agent and associates also can book and deliver goods from and to customer's location
there are regional offices which controls branches which are under a particular regional office
my question is how to create an organization structure in sap by mapping branch, head office, regional office, corporate office etc.
please revert asap.
thanks
Why don't you just start drawing your clients organization structure on a paper,
Then think yourself if that can be mapped with elements available in SAP to build an enterprise structure.
Then discuss your proposal internally in your team and then again in cross team meetings with other modules and finally you go into SAP IMG and maintain the structure.
Building an enterprise structure is not really a task for a fresher, you should sit together with an experienced colleague.
