Mandatory fields forI T40 actions.

Dear Experts,

How to make following fields mandatory in PA40 screen,

Like,when perform actions PA40 (Gender ,Cost Center, Email Ids, Role,Dept  ..etc) should be mandatory. without maintain these entries system should not allow next screen.

Now in Cost center is triggering from position, default position (99999) system allow,

And same in IT0002 gender system allow for unknown gender.

is there any feasibility to make this fields mandatory while perform action?

Go to tcode SM30 and enter view V_T588M . select module pool of the infotype (like MP000200 for infotype 2). Then change the required record based on variable key (generally country grouping).

Select RF radiobutton for required fields to make it mandatory.
