File upload error: Maximum no. of relationships (&) in this relationship set exceeded

Hi experts,

In BUBA the Time constraint is '2' and cardinality is 1:1 still, on file upload when trying to add relationship we are getting error 'Maximum no. of relationship set exceeded'.

Why it is not delimiting the old relationship automatically and create a new one.
