Default values depending on the control key PM03

Hello Experts,

I need to default values for service requests depending on the control key PM03 in Plant Maintenance  orders.

Is there a way to do it or an enhancement ?

HI Raneetha,

Please correct me if I understood your requirement clearly. You want to default some values for order operations having control key PM03.

If so, could you please clarify whether you want to default external service procurement related fields to be defaulted.

Hi Raneetha,

Please try this.

Define external procurement profile for services using following menu path.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance and Service Processing - Maintenance and Service Orders - Functions and Settings for Order Types - Create Default Value Profiles for External Procurement

And then you can assign this profile to Plant-Order type combination in following path.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service - Maintenance & Service Processing - Maintenance & Service Orders - Functions & Settings - Default values for Task list data & profile assignments.

Hello Raneetha,

I think this document helps you understand the possibles you are trying to explore.  How to default values to Notifications and Orders I believe your requirement is for Orders, so read that part of this post > Connect to your requirement > Discuss further in case any further clarifications are needed.

Perhaps you need to make use of fms CO_BO_OPR_OF_ORDER_GET  to read the Operations and CO_BT_AFVG_UPDATE  to update the operations (Control key)
