Adding Extension fields in B2B service

Hi,

I have created extension field in Sales Order Item details and need to add in B2B service.

In adapt mode services tab we have maintain bundle and check maintain bundle where this refers to A2X service.

I need to add in SalesOrderInbound service which is available in Sales Order Integration communication scenario.

Please help me in this regard.

Hello Madhan,

As Horst mentioned.

It depend on where did you create the extension fields?

1. If you did it in Cloud Studio then you need process extension scenario.

2. If you did it in adaptation mode. There are Further Usage section at the bottom that you can specify in which web service can apply your extension field.

You will need a Process Extension Scenario (see docu at section 8.4.2)

Hi Horst,

Thanks for your reply. There is extension scenario for the Sales Order B2B service. I have raised to SAP and got reply that no possibility to extend and have to fill the fields manually once Sales Order is created but where customer will not accept that.

The above services in the screenshot refers to A2X service but I need to extend to B2B Service which is not available. Finally SAP updated that it is not possible to extend in B2B service.

Also I am wondering if SAP could provide extension for B2B services in 3PL scenario and how come it would not be possible for Sales Order. Below screenshot for your reference.

Hello Madhan,

I am sorry, but this belongs to the guys owning the scenarios.
They need to add something (called Reference Bundle) so PDI can plug into.

As long as there is no Reference Bundle, the scenario can not be enhanced.
