Knowledge Article Search Criteria doesn't returning results

Hi Experts,

In ITSM, Knowledge Article search criteria ( keywords, descriptions etc,. ) doesn't returning any results in Production System. where as it works perfectly in development system. Is there any configuration related search needs to be done in Production?.  How to transport the component CRM_KNOWART_S from Dev to PRD completely.

Did you review the following SAP Knowledeg Base article?

2183680 - No results found while search Knowledge Articles by custom fields

Checked for the note 2183680, but there is no Trex integrated with SolMan in our landscape. Furthermore, all the fields in Search criteria are standard only. Any suggestion please.

Hi Ahmed,

Can you please confirm that you have same authorization in production that you have in development system?

Also let me know if you are using Z transaction type for Knowledge Article.
