PO:Header text value not populated in the change section

Hi All,

In ME22,I am entering a text - 'Test1' in the Header text tab.

When I look into the Header changes(Menu -->Environment-->Header changes)  section,I am not seeing the Old value or the New value.

By default the SAP does not provide the value in those fields?

In case if i want to populate those fields what needs to be done?

Call transaction SCDO and display change object EINKBELEG, AFAIK long text changes are not logged?

First read 1456687 - CD: Change documents for long texts - Look for "How can change documents be written for a long text?"

Hint: If you "adapt" the standard SCDO definition of EINKBELEG (sscr key?) you will also be required to perform a where-used search on FM EINKBELEG_WRITE_DOCUMENT to find required adjustments.
