error in outbound delivery

Dear SAP Experts,

We are getting error while creating outbound delivery. the error is "Only 0 PC of Material 722XXX EKOXXX available".

The quantity given is only 1 pc which is confirmed in sales order. but throws error in outbound delivery.

We have checked stock in MMBE there are 23 pc available for given Material , batch , plant and storage location combination.

PFB these are open orders present in system for given Material. does system throws error due to these open orders?

Can you please guide why this error is coming.

Hi Neelam,

You should review KBA 1513607. This gives you all the scenarios in which you can encounter this error. Note 89362 could also be worth looking at too - it explains why you should use transaction CO09 instead of MMBE to check the available stock situation.

Check in CO09 which will show a clear picture of stock availability.

Hi,

Please check the expected material stock type  - Is it falling under special stock.

Also please check on whether it is related to the Make To Order process where the stock posting has to happen against the respective Sales order.
