No Result from IWBK even if the shorage is 1 for the overdue requirement

Hi PM Guru,

There are 5 requirement from PM order for the spare parts.

The current stock is 4 and no incoming quantity from PO.

When doing the availability check in PM order via IWBW, there is no result at all. What I expect is 1 in shorage.

Pls kindly help.
