Set BOM creation from Engineering BOM

Hello Guys,

I have a engineering BOM from which i will create a production BOM. Engineering BOM structure is very flat and simple but production BOM is complicated.

For e.g.

Engg BOM have component - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8

but in Production BOM depends on Machine configuration i need to create a Set - 1,2,4,5, - one set & rest - 3,6,7,8 i will buy loose.

The set BOM may change as per the machine configuration. BOM level is 3rd level of main machine.

I tried Classification with Subcontracting - its working creation a SET BOM but not able to generate the requirement for loose component as they are not get selected by classification in subcontracting.

Let me know if there is a way to manage this scenario.
