Data package issue

Hello Mates,

I have a scenario.

One Item has to deal with other item. Datamart from DSO1 to DSO2.

When we trigger a DTP Full load, Packet selection is going at every 100000 records.

Items under the same Document number are being split into two different packages. Is there a way to keep all the items related to one Document group in the same package?

Increasing the data package size cannot help in the case. I am dealing with millions of records.

Any insight on this scenario, how u handled this at your experiences will be of great help. Thanks.

Hello Bhanu,

Just create a semantic group on the document ID at the DTP level. All records belonging to the same document will then end in the same dataPackage.

Does Semantic grouping work for Full Load as well?

Yes, that also works for Full Load .   You will see in some situation even if you make the package size to 50,000 ,  a little more than 50,000 records are getting loaded in one package.  That is to adjust place for  any record with the same Semantic Key.
