Please, in which table could I find approval workflow Id for a given requisition?

Dear experts,

we are facing an issue in regards to approval workflow. Although a person is assigned as first approver , approval tasks don't appear.

I'd like to check workflow but I don't know the ID , could you please let me know in which table requisition and workflow are related?
