Form disappear .xdp

There are 2 people,

one is a man who create a template form(the form was created not basic form) for data bindings and own 1 account.

the other who needs to edit the template and do data bindings but when clicking the file (.xdp). all template disappear like a empty template

Obviously, i don't know how to explain the issue. if you need further information, please tell me

Hi Thanarat,

Please make sure that both the users you are trying the form are not PDI users. If you make any changes to the form using a PDI user then you would not be able to see those changes with any other Business User.

Hi Thanarat,

This might be due to the authorizations.

Can you check if the two user IDs are having the same authorizations.

Ideally for editing or creating the forms template, the user ID should not have PDI accesses. It should be a business user.
