Dear Gurus,

I need clarity on the transaction F.27 account statement.

Could anyone confirm what all items will be displayed in the output what will be trigger (key date).

Key date is posting/document or some other date.

Shall we use key date as only end of the month 31.12.2016 and not a range.

Hi,

It depends on indicator maintained in the master record. If you have maintained as monthly, then you have to maintain the date from start of the month to end of the month. Here key date is posting date of the document.

Hi

The key data is the posting date on your Items. Ideally your account statement for a customer would reflect all the postings on customer account, such Open Invoices, Advances from Customers, credit & debit notes to customer, interest charges if any, payments from customers, on account postings etc. Again this would be your specific requirement. Most of the projects i have worked in have used period wise open items to be shown on the customer account, but you may also want to show all the transactions including cleared invoices and payments.
