How to figure out what the 'mparamaters' are in API reference

Hi,

This might be a stupid question and if it is, I am apologising for my ignorance. I encounter this situation lots of times when I am digging API reference.

For example when I look for bindElement method of sap.ui.core.Element, it says:

bindElement(sPath, mParameters?) : sap.ui.base.ManagedObject

Bind the object to the referenced entity in the model, which is used as the binding context to resolve bound properties or aggregations of the object itself and all of its children relatively to the given path. If a relative binding path is used, this will be applied whenever the parent context changes.

Parameters:

{string} sPath the binding path {object} mParameters? map of additional parameters for this binding

Returns:

{sap.ui.base.ManagedObject} reference to the instance itself

Thats not realy helpful. What are those optional mParameters ?? Am I missing something? How can I figure out what those additional parameters are? Are they documented somewhere else? If they are, where?
