Reg: Functional Specification Document in HCM

Hi All,

I am new to SAP HCM and now working in an implementation project. I have to write functional specification document but I have little knowledge on FS. Could any one mail me sample FS document to my mail ID: sree9324@gmail.com? or give some commo scenarios where we have to write FS documents?

Functional specification is a document  that is create if you  want to do some enhancement .

For example according to your company requirements if you want to have new field in infotype 0007-Planned Working Time  that is not available in standard then you have to create a functional specification document specifying the technical information like table name,field name,and the character which will be refer by the ABAPers team and according to this document they are able to create and design your request, in other words , they can do the development / enhancement based on the functional specification document.
