Master recipe activity not CIF to APO

Hi Gurus,

I have created Master Recipe in ECC. For this 1st i created a work center.  When i am CIFing master recipe in curto_create this is showing operation has no activity message. Even for phase this is showing " Phase 0040 (014): Operation has no activity"

I have done all the relevant setting in resource ( like scheduling tab formula, capacity n formula) in recipe control key etc every possible way i have already tried but its throwing this message only.

Also in master recipe when i am trying to schedule in ECC itself no scheduling result are shown. I mean scheduling not at all happening..

Guide me what i am missing..

Hello,

Couple of checks,

Does work center/resources have active integration model?

Are formulas maintained for the corresponding processing steps (setup/process/) in the work center for scheduling and for the capacities?

Are the standard values (setup time, machine time, ...) maintained in the operation detail?

Is the scheduling indicator set in the control key of the operations or phases?

Is the header/component material in an active integration model?

Hi,

Please tell me where to maintain setup time and machine time in master recipe, I'm unable to find any such fields while creating master recipe (/nC201).

what is this scheduling indecator in the control key? there is only ref. key check box.

Hi Santosh,

Thanks for the link. In the master recipe (in video) - operations tab i can see activities like other, machine and labor fields. But in my recipe, i can see only one activity 'duration'. Please tell me where i did a mistake. Following are few fields i maintained in my resource.

resource category: 0008

usage: 009 (all task list types)

Standard value key: sap4

Other formula: sapc00

capacity category: 008 (in both capacity tab and in scheduling tabs)

I also tried changing the capacity category and scheduling category as 001(machine), but i'm getting same error while cifing pds with curto_create transaction. Please help me in finding a solution.

Hi;

Pls check the % of capacity utilization is in between 10 to 400 %.

or else

run the master data cockpit t-code in ECC to find the error resources in the system.

This can help you to identify the exact error.

Can anyone respond on the above issue.. In curto_create there is no error message. Check screen shot attached..The message coming in green that operation has no activity..

Obviously something is wrong with your recipe.  If all the master data settings are correct then the recipe does CIF across.   You should compare that activity to one that does work.  Have you gotten any to work?

not any..

I am testing a scenario in sandbox system.. not a single PDS is available in SCM.

But my issue is why green message showing operation has no activity and in ECC when i m scheduling the master recipe the results are blank. its not at all picking product/location information as well.

Hi Samarjeet

Check the machine hours is assigned to that particular activity or not and try to do consistency check through C223
