No data displayed in OFM overview SNC

Hi Team,

We have a business requirement to use OFM in SNC now.

We are running RSMIPROACT2 to send the demand data to SNC. The program is generating idocs for the PO and PR data and the xml message is successful on SNC too.

However, there is no data being displayed on the SNC WEb UI. When we click on OFM overview and select the material for which we sent data from ECC, no data is being displayed.

Is there any configuration required for the display or any prerequisite which might be missing.

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Nidhi

Hello Nidhi,

Check T-Code: "/SCA/TSDMTEST" for time series type: "DFC01", Key figure : "ORDERFCST" and enter product and location. If you are able to see data along with quantity then you should be able to see data on OFM overview page.

or check below blog which may help you in case multiple entries for the same keyfigure in TSDM.

Thanks,

NJ

Hi Nikhil,

Thank you so much for your response. The transaction really helped. The data was coming in SNC but was not getting displayed due to incorrect selection parameters. The issue is resolved.

Thanks everyone for your help and support.

Nidhi

Hi Nidhi,

Can you check Master date like Product UoM's, locations and transportation lanes in both systems.

Even if Product UoM's are different XML messages will be process successfully but data will not be store in SNC.

Thanks and Regrads

Hi Nidhi,

SPRO > Supply Network Collaboration > Basic Settings > Processing Inbound and Outbound Messages >Reset Time Series for Incoming ProductActivityNotifications

Maintain below entries and try.

Process Type=Supplier Collaboration

TIme Ser.Type= Sales

Reset TS= Checked

Process Type=Supplier Collaboration

TIme Ser.Type= Sales Forecast

Reset TS= Checked

Process Type=Supplier Collaboration

TIme Ser.Type= Order Forecast

Reset TS= Checked

Process Type=Supplier Collaboration

TIme Ser.Type= Consumption

Reset TS= Checked

Also check whether all manual steps are done as per SAP note 1178483 .

Hi Nikhil,

Thank you so much for these details.

I have one concern. I did not do the confirg at the path mentioned below, but in our quality system I can see " Customer Firm requirements" i.e PO data coming in OFM overview.

SPRO > Supply Network Collaboration > Basic Settings > Processing Inbound and Outbound Messages >Reset Time Series for Incoming ProductActivityNotifications

However, Purchase requisition data is not coming. I can see that idoc was generated in RSMIPROACT2 and message was successful in SNC , but its not coming in SNC overview.

Could you please advise.

Moreover, the note mentioned is for ODM. Do we have any note for OFM settings as well.

Thanks,

Nidhi

Hi Nidhi,

Select dynamic replenishment option in RSMIPROACT2 and also first execute this report in test mode and check whether purchase requisition is coming or not?

Regarding OFM ODM note: There is no separate SAP note for OFM.

Hi Nikhil,

Apologies for delay in response.

I checked the configuration and its fine.

The RSMIPROACT2 program is generating idocs for requisition and I can see the quantities.

The XML is also successful on SNC. However, no data is coming in the OFM overview.

Could you please help me with the possible cause of error.

If you have any document for OFM , would you be able to share with me?

Thanks,

Nidhi

Hi Nidhi,

If the message was successfully loaded into SNC, then please verify 2 things:

1. Check if data is visible in SMI. If yes, then it has to do with wrong time series type in PAN XML.

2. Check scenario control keys in SNC. If scenario control keys are implemented, then they also play a role in showing/hiding products.

Cheers,

Shekhar
