Release Order - Production order with automatic batch

Hello community,

I´m trying to release order but the realease was rejected.

Logs

A brief explanation what I already did:

-Spro-production->Shop Floor Control->Define production scheduling profile

The automatic batch creation in the order = 2 (Autom. batch creation at order release)

-In mm02->tab MRP2

Batch entry=3

-COB1

I define the selection criteria and sort

Hi Bruno,

This could happen for several reasons:

- Maybe you don´t have batches for these components.. check in MB52 (including batches) if you have batches for these components.

- Maybe the problem is that your components does not have the classification view, then the batches of these components will not have the classification view. Check the batches in MSC3N and ensure you have the classification view.

Once you ensure there previous points are not a problem, try to run a batch determination manually in CO02.

Hello Mariano,

Thank you for the help! I found that the problem was about the batchs, I clean the stock and buy other batches and it works now. I start the configuration after I have the stock.

Hi Bruno,

Please find below explanation it will be useful.

1)You don't have stock so batches are not available.

2)If you have stock but don't have batch wise so clear available stock.

3) Stock up or purchase raw materials with respect to batches.

4)Convert planned order into production while releasing batch will pick automatically.

If you are testing just go to MB1C stock up through 561 or 501 moment type
