SAP PI audit log issue.

Hi Team,

I checked few threads but they are all for old versions of SAP PI.

We are currently using SAP PI 7.4 SP 8 and there some messages have audit log and some do not. The nature is very random.

Any idea if anything needs to change?

Hi Shaibayan,

First of all you should identify what kind of messages are not being persisted, the sync ones?, check this link Persisting Audit Logs for Synchronous Messages - Advanced Adapter Engine - SAP Library.

About one particular scenario?, check the ICO object persisting configuration.

Hi

By default auditlog is saved in memory for performance reasons, if you want you can disable this by changing the messaging system service property messaging.auditLog.memoryCache to false as per this blog.
