TREX SP15

Hello everybody.

We recently upgraded our TREX from SP9 to SP15. Since then, our indexes fail. The server status lights are all green, but the files get the status: preprocessing failed.

Returncode is 14128, additional info: <b>Filter: Child process terminated (OS generated error)</b>

I tried looking for it but failed, maybe I'm in the wrong place?

Anybody else has/had this problem?

hi Eduard,

The problem might relate with windows O/S user for trex service.

u change user with administrator right and check it works.

if the problem exists..,

-log a support message to SAP in the Online Support System

- state the exact version of the OS you are installing on

We are on a UNIX system, but the problem was with an upgrade to SP13. The problem and solution is described in oss note 912139
