Hello Team,

Sry for late reply. I have checked Export mode options available.

But, In this IT calendar i did not receive any mails.

I have created alert for Planned downtime in Work mode.

But,  I did not receive any alerts from system. ( I have read some where when system down we will receive mail alerts is it correct?)

The IT calender is working on CCMS or MAI based?

Why i am asking means: When the system down Monitoring will be pause, this pause will work from CCMS based is it correct.

if it correct, the IT calender is working on CCMS based!

Whats the use of MAI in IT calendar.

Please do not hesitate and clarify my issues.

Hi,

have you created Workmodes in the system? Once you create them you should be able to maintain templates for each of them.
