    Hi,

Check you calculate variance for your order where you are not getting target cost.First run KKS2 for your order then check target cost is calculated or not.

Also see the status should be VCAL if variance is calculated

Check below link for your reference

    Hello,

The target cost calculation requires a cost estimate for which the cost component split is active in company as well as in controlling area currency.

The cost component split in controlling area currency is not active for the costing variant (check T-code: OKKN or OKY9).

Therefore the variance calculation issues message KV169 and cannot calculate target costs.

Message KV151 'Only total variance in version & because of missing target

You need to activate the cost component split in controlling area currency in the setting of costing variant. Then the newly created cost estimate will have the correct data. For newly created order, the target cost will be correctly calculated.

For existing orders (with old setting), you can consider to implement SAP Note 1229004 get rid of the problem.

Also Refer consulting note 151579 - Variance calculation: incorrect target cost version 0
