Target cost not calculating in some production orders

Hi all,

we have some production orders in which the target cost is calculating properly and in some production orders target cost is not calculating.

I have checked two orders both the orders have used same kind of material for production and every thing is same but in one order target cost is calculating and in another not.

Both the orders have status REL DLV.

Pls help.
