Forbidden error while saving a WebI report

Hi,

I am getting a peculiar error while saving a few BO reports. The error message is as :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /BOE/portal/1503021401/AnalyticalReporting/webiDHTML/viewer/getSaveAsPanelExplorer.faces on this server

This is popping up whenever I choose the 'Save As' option, whereas when I choose the 'Save', the entire environment is getting frozen.

Hi,

is it happening with some reports in one particular folder? or happening with all reports if you are saving in the one standard folder?

It seems you don't have rights to save or save as in that particular folder.

I thought so too, but the same is happening when I try to do it using Administrator access !

Hi,

Try with administrator user id.Might be issue with folders top level security or denied access for everyone on that particular folder.

The same error is occurring when I use Administrator access. Can't figure any way out of this. Can you help out ?
