Hi All, We are facing issues in leave management after approval,while posting the leave request status has changed to "Error" .And entry is not updated in Info type 2001 .

.And we have tried to run the report RPTARQERR to process error entries then status has changed to "POSTED" but entry is not updated in 2001.Even though we have tried to run the report RPTARPOST , but entry is not updated 2001. Can some one please suggest how we can update these entries in 2001.

If it's changed status to POSTED means it's successful. still if it's not showing 2001 then you

check that request error in RPTARQERR once again and make sure.

if it's till error in that status, Try to create in PA30 for same leave type with that dates and check it's allowing or not

Thanks for your reply . If i try to create the error entries manually in info type 2001 , its allowing me to create the entries. If we Post the entries using the RPTARQPOST, its not updating the entries in 2001.

Can you please suggest is there way to resolve this issue.

How your executing that RPTARQPOST report, what are the selection screen parameters your selecting? place the screen shot.

be careful using

RPTARQERR as it ll only CHANGE THE STATUS, hence you need to use this only when the leave is available in IT and still in error status There can be many reasosn for error status, locks, WF lock read here https://scn.sap.com/thread/3517472 https://scn.sap.com/thread/1863460 Rptarqpost also picks error status requests, keep it as a scheduled job
