NullPointerException in Cloud Connector

Hi there, today I installed the latest SAP HANA CLoud Connector (2.7.2) from SAP Development Tools for Eclipse and after installing a System Certificate and restarting the service, the application (on the backend) crashes whenever I try to login as Administrator, showing the exception stacktrace which I attached below.

My question: Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Best Regards,

Martin

    Thank you for your answer!

As it turned out, it really was a bug in scc, but not caused by the JDK, but by a missing certificate field.

    Best Regards,

    Martin

    Hi Martin,

usually, this exception comes up, when using a non-suited JVM for running the SCC. Just yesterday, the same issue was reported in a different SCN question. However, as you are sayingh that you use the service this normally should not be possible. Can you give more details about the environment? OS version, JVM version?

    Best regards,

    Markus
