As I know there is no reversal for KSII and also not necessary to reverse KSII. You just need to reverse or adjust what ever you want to correct on that cost center and redo the actual price calculation (KSII) that will calculate the new price and update the values accordingly.
There is no reversal, but you can recalculate unlimited number of times. That will update instantly flows between Cost Centers, while for other objects you will need to revaluate additionally (also as many times as needed in the same period is fine).
