Quantity update in PCA document - VF03

Hello Folks,

Hope you all are doing good.

I am facing an error in PCA

Once after generating Billing Document from SD, when I look into Profit center accounting level document, the quantity is not updated.

And this is happening only for Credit Memo's.

Everything seems to be fine in Invoice level.

Could anyone please help me out to resolve this issue.

it does update for invoices, returns scenarios

but a credit memo which is just a rate adjustment, is not relevant to sales quantity.

If it flowing for invoices (regular sales) and returns, you should be good with it

If need be, you can use exits copca001/copca0*

Thanks for your response,

COPA is not configured in our system.

The quantity and Base Unit of Measure are updated for some documents and not for all the documents.

Could you please advice, is there any config issue or its a standard SAP behaviour.
