OS data in ST06 for previous hours and history is not available in EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0

Hi,

After upgrade to EHP7, OS data in ST06 for previous hours and history is not available.

I have followed the below link and as per this link, I have deleted Operating System node as it contains the data collectors status "running in agent" and "running in autoabap".

But after agent restart, It couldn't rebuild os monitor node and due to this i am getting message

"No performance MTEs available for category CPU" when i try to check for Previous CPU hours in ST06.

Please help me to fix this issue.
