EHS service control is inactive

Hi Team,

We are not able activate the EHS service control in CGSADM on SAP, we have configured the EHS service in EHS service side and running fine.

We have created the RFc connection between EHS servers and SAP its working fine, I have attached the screen shot for this.

Please check and suggest
