SuccessFactors iOS App - login issues

Hi

We are using the SuccessFactors iOS app for learnings. The learning content is accessible via a login screen for a third-party application Avendoo (single sign on is not working). With the iOS app the login is not possible. We dont even get an error message. Only the login credentials disapear and nothing happens.

With the SuccessFactors Android app the login works perfect. On both devices is Afaria running. When I deactivate Afaria on the Android devices I get the same login problem.

Do you have any ideas why? Please advise.

How are you using Afaria in this case?  Are you just delivering the application or are you also seeding it with data?  Is it a fresh install or an update?  Can we get a few more details on the use case here?

SF does not support the feature to login to external content in Mobile Learning for iOS and Android. The support is enabled by default in the Android Web View and operating system. Any issues related to that feature are not maintained or supported by our team." Please submit an enhancement in SF Community (https://community.successfactors.com/) if you wish this feature in future release.
