IDoc to SOAP Scenario

Hello Friends,

I am working on IDoc to SOAP scenario(Receiver system - Third Party).

While E2E testing, the message was successfully processed at SAP PI end, but, unfortunately, the data did not get updated/inserted in Receiver system.

I have checked the ID Configuration, everything seems fine.

Can someone, Please suggest some possible solutions for this.

    One Update,

In sxmb_moni, the message is processed, I can see the sender payload, but am confused about the receiver Payload.

    • Hi Paaras,

If your scenario is async in the sxi_monitor you can't check any response that can help you to understand if the message went right.

Go to the communication channel monitoring and check the adapter log to know if it was delivered correctly. If the endpoint has not acknowledgements developed, you can not know if any particular error happened there.

    Hi Paaras,

If the message status is delivered in PI then the message reached to receiver system and the receiver web service returned 200 OK back to PI, after that in the receiver application process it failed to update the data in their side, so they need to check their logs and investigated in their side.

    • Hi Paasras,

The first point commented by Raghu is very important, i had two certificates for the same endpoint and the PI even with the newer right raised this exception, it seems that it check all the certificates related between them.

      What is your PI version?
