J2EE Engine 6.20 - source files

All,

I'm trying to do a re-installation of the J2EE Engine 6.20 for CRM 4.0.

I searched the complete box of CRM 4.0 and all the files on /swdc and /installations, but the only thing I find is the stand alone version.

Last time I installed it, it asked me to provide a instance number during installation.

Anybody a idea where I can find the correct source files?
