Keycode is not valid. CR2013

Greetings...

I am trying to use Crystal Reports 2013. When I type in the keycode. I get. "The keycode is not valid. Verify that the keycode is correct and try again." When I chatted with support they told me the keycode is valid and then sent me here to find out why it wasn't working. That was all they could help me. Any ideas of what to do next would be appreciated.
