PC upgrade and License transfer

Hello.

I am replacing a user's old PC for a new one. The user currently has Crystal reports XI installed.

When I attempt to transfer the license from one PC to the other, it says the key is in use.

I removed the key from the old PC, but still no result.

What is the best way to transfer the Crystal Reports XI software from one PC to another?
