Conditional Formatting --- Taking precedence over other conditions

Dear Experts...

I have a table like below:

Salesman Name Date Units Sold A Yesterday 10

B

2 Days Ago 9

C

2 Days Ago 9

I have 2 conditional formatting.

1. If Date=Yesterday

2. If Units Sold =>10

First row satisfies both of the condition.

In this case, which formatting takes precedence...?

Would it be red or blue...?
