QueryByElements for Customer

Hello,

I want to retrieve customers based on LastChangeSinceDateTime parameter which is there in web service QueryAccounts in FindByElements. While I'm trying to Query in scripting, I did not see node for QueryByElements.

Anyone knows how can I retrieve customers since last date time changed?
