In CDT, Dashboard does not work

Hi Gurus,

We use BCM contact center tool and we have a problem about dashboard, as you see in attached jpeg. In CDT screen, there is no data available in Dashboard screen . However, there are many calls that are completed and in process. How can we solve this problem?

Hi Okan,

How about Online monitoring and report? Are they working?

Have you checked the DC log and CDT log? Is there any error?

Hello.

By default Dashboard is not refreshed automatically. Did you push the Refresh button in the bottom right corner?

I did. But the problem continues.
