SAP GUI is automatically closing when executing SE38

Dear Gurus,

I am using SAP GUI 730 patch level 7. My SAP GUI is closing automatically when i am executing SE38 --> zfi_receivable --> Display in that particular laptop only. If I execute in some other laptop, It is displaying. Please suggest a solution for this issue.

Hi,

This can be due to improper installation of GUI. Check the GUI installation by going via below options.

On the top left corner of Logon pad right click and go to options.

Go to system information and click on button "Check SAP GUI Installation". It will give a pop up, click on Next and complete the check.

Hello Gopinath G,

I would suggest to reinstall SAPGUI, preferably version 7.40 (SAP note 2022335), as version 7.30 is out of support (SAP note 147519).
